July 2026
At Warner Wealth, growth has always been about more than numbers. It is about creating meaningful relationships, delivering exceptional client experiences, and building a team that shares our commitment to helping individuals and families navigate life’s most important financial decisions.
As our firm continues to expand across advisory, operations, and tax-related services, we are excited to announce that we are hiring an Operations Manager to join our team.
This role will serve as our Madison Office Coordinator & WATS Operations Liaison, helping ensure our Madison office runs smoothly, our advisors and clients are supported, and our growing Warner Allred Tax Solutions (WATS) operations remain organized, responsive, and connected across offices.
A Critical Role in Operations and Client Experience
At Warner Wealth, we believe that every detail matters.
From the moment a client walks into one of our offices to the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps workflows moving, our team is focused on delivering a consistent, high-touch experience. The Operations Manager will play an important role in making that happen by helping run the Madison office, supporting advisors, coordinating client service needs, and serving as a key liaison between Warner Wealth and WATS.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, client-focused, and comfortable solving problems in a fast-paced, growing organization.
What Does the Operations Manager Do?
The Operations Manager will be a core member of the Warner Wealth operations team and will help ensure that day-to-day activity runs smoothly across several important areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day Madison office operations and ensuring the office is consistently client-ready
- Preparing and maintaining meeting spaces, conference rooms, supplies, kitchen areas, and the overall office environment
- Serving as a first point of contact for basic office and technology issues, troubleshooting where possible and escalating when needed
- Supporting advisors with client communication, meeting preparation, service requests, and follow-through
- Acting as a central liaison between Warner Wealth and Warner Allred Tax Solutions (WATS), helping coordinate communication, workflows, and activity across offices
- Acting as a Client Service Associate
- Ensuring client experience is superb, supporting both the advisors and the clients on their financial journeys
- Scheduling and preparing advisors for client meetings and updating necessary workflows
- Supporting process improvement, documentation, accountability, and operational efficiency across advisory, tax, and operations teams
Most importantly, this person will help remove friction from the day-to-day operations of the firm so that advisors and team members can focus on serving clients at the highest level.
