Duques is no stranger to James or his team; he first met James in the fourth grade, and the two would become fast friends and eventually business partners, creating successful enterprises like Shore Publishing Newspapers. Other notable leaders at Warner Wealth also worked alongside James and Ryan to build Shore Publishing.
"In so many ways, Warner Wealth is a second home for me. For my entire professional life, I have known James and admired his capabilities, attributes, and passion for what he does," he said.
Duques is active in the community, where he served as a trustee and treasurer for the E.C. Scranton Memorial Library in Madison, trustee and treasurer of The Country School, vice president and treasurer for Vista Vocational, Inc., and commissioner for the Town of Madison’s Economic Development Commission.
